At the Associate level, I have executed searches for megafund, middle market, lower middle market and first time funds. I am skilled at assessing analysts from investment banking and consulting to identify those who are capable of transitioning to the buyside. Additionally, I have experience helping funds strategically navigate the complex timing and strategy of on cycle Associate recruiting.
