I have been working in the retail industry for 4 years now. I am always willing to grow and learn new things. I worked at Goodwill for 1 year, and I have been working at my current job Hello Cellular for 3 years. Although they’re both retail jobs, they are in different areas, so they have taught me different things. At Hello Cellular, I have learned the ins and outs of the electronic industry, whether that’s cell phone carriers as I am TracFone certified, repairs on the devices themselves, or what questions are needed to buy and sell the phones we have in store. At Goodwill, I was able to help people piece together items or just simply help those in need. I do have a certification of customer service through Goodwill. Both jobs have taught me how to navigate difficult situations, and helped better my problem solving skills.
