CurrentSustainability West Midlands is the sustainability adviser for the leaders of the West Midlands. We are a not-for-profit company that works with our members in the business, public and voluntary sectors. We act as a catalyst for change through our advice to leaders, to develop practical solutions with our members and share success through our communications. Our services are: - Advice to leaders on policy - Cross-sector working with our members to develop solutions - Sharing success through our communications.The main purpose of my role is to lead the organisation in line with our mission and vision, and to secure the internal and external resources necessary to achieve this. I manage the day to day operation of SWM and lead on finance, risk, HR, and business planning. I also develop and implementation our strategic plan. As with any small organisation I also provide project delivery and support.
