Provide general office support and perform clerical duties such as daily billing, creating quotes and invoices for customers, answering phones, filing folders and paperwork and other duties as assigned.

Duties consisted of building client menus via the electronic software, writing menu information for how the menus should be built, performing quality control checks to make sure the information was accurate, and worked on help desk tickets for clients who wanted changes to their menus.

Responsibilities included filing and sorting paperwork, answering and transferring phone calls and customers to the correct department, and occasionally doing projects for my supervisor. Performed additional duties as needed.

I did HR related activities for my supervisor, which ranged from filing employee paperwork to creating termination folders, as well as other projects occasionally. Maintained strict confidentiality of all files and paperwork.

My responsibilities included answering the phone, making and canceling appointments, and transferring individuals to the correct department. Occasionally, I completed projects for the advisors or my supervisor. I also worked Winter and Summer New Student Registration.
