CurrentResponsible for the day to day maintenance of the packaging sustainability application/portal, I also respond to vendor queries and support them through the questionnaire completion process. This requires me to adhere to confidentiality procedures/ policies when communicating with vendors, collecting, storing and sharing data. My role also involves sense checking submitted questionnaires and supporting documents, rejecting questionnaires that are incomplete and informing vendors of further requirements where necessary.
