I am a St. Louis native, born & bred, who attended University at Mizzou. Blasé blasé. That doesn’t quite make me one in a million, does it? Considering I’ve spent my entire life in the state of Missouri, my most valued pastime is seeing the world - one inexpensive airline ticket at a time.Starting my career as a barista seemed like a mismatch at first given my B.Sc in Business Management. However, I believe every professional experience I’ve had in my life - inventing a product, leading a community at a prestigious office space provider, managing a luxury fashion retail company, & modeling/acting for 20+ years - has prepared me in a way I didn’t realize was possible - until now. I chose to pivot careers, yearning for something new - something different. I gravitated toward software development, and look forward to meeting many influential people - ingratiating myself within the tech industry. Currently, I am working to grow Lelander with some truly amazing people. My goal is to help agencies align their technical needs to their projects or clients. I’ve finally found a place that empowers me to utilize my skills & creative flair in a different light. Next up: Learn how to code (but that’ll have to wait).At the core, I’m just a gal on the hunt to find her purpose. I value experiences over material things. I’ve developed a passion for getting to know people and gleaning new perspectives, as I’ve been called an investigative reporter more than once in my life. I enjoy inspiring others to acknowledge their potential within themselves. In doing so, I educate, refine, and drive myself to be a better human. My biggest takeaway?
