“Neshama” project: finding mentor-buddies for orphan kids and teenagersProject leader Organisational skills● Curated the annual life cycle of the project: approved budget with the fund, kept documentation in order.● Organised training for 25 mentors-volunteers and regular psychological screenings.Community management● Planned programs and events to build up a strong community of children and mentors. ● Out of 25 pairs 90% stayed in the project.
