Currently, I work in R&D Prague on a position called Admin&Process Support. I take care of the attendance, ensure purchases of technical equipment for my colleagues, prepare business trips (together with our external travel agent), manage my bosses' calendars, educate newcomers on our attendance system, organize events (teambuildings) and help an executive assistant with organizing events on a site level. I used to be responsible for keeping 5S for the whole site and represent the outcomes and 5S tracking at a yearly audit. Given the workload, some processes call for more efficiency, therefore I do my best to support my colleague assistants with preparing Excel sheets to make our work life easier.Previously, I worked in a production company Sungwoo Hitech in Ostrava for almost 5 years as an Assistant of Quality department. Besides attendance administration and reporting, I also translated and interpreted CZ <--> EN, took care of metrology system which was my full responsibility (made-from-scratch computerized system, regular check, ensuring calibrations at external laboratories, building relationship with laboratories, updating process of metrology), helped with preparing countermeasures for our customers, helped with preparing inspection standards on line, and many others.
