As People and Culture Business Partner I am responsible for:- Providing high quality HR consulting support and advice to People Leaders across the full spectrum of people activities, including performance, talent, employee engagement and building leadership capability; - Leading and implementing HR projects and initiatives to support business unit goals and the broader Wintec strategy; - Influence the delivery of business outcomes through providing expert advice and guidance particularly to the leadership team.

As HR Advisor I am responsible for Wintec's talent acquisition, including our digital media and selection strategies. I advise managers and employees on their responsibilities under employment and related legislation, Wintec policies, procedures and guidelines. I am currently involved in a number of project portfolios including:• The articulation and promotion of Wintec's employee value proposition.• The development and implementation of a new online approval process, applicant management system and contracts management system in partnership with Wintec's IT department• International campus development, specifically recruitment strategies, organisational structures and HR processes and policies.• Modernising Wintec’s on-boarding systems and processes
