There are no impossible things, only those which are very hard to make happen. These are the words I live by every day. Trying to squeeze everything out of every 24 hours, I don't hesitate to take up new challenges and seize all the opportunities life throws in my direction. After all, I won't know unless I try.Right after graduating from American Studies at the University of Gdańsk, I decided to leave my whole life behind, everything I ever worked for, everything I ever knew; it was the “now or never” moment. I was ready for the new chapter in my life, thus I moved to the Netherlands. It might have been a risky move, however there was a lot to gain from it.For almost 2 years I was a part of a startup Kaneel, based in Eindhoven. This innovative, eco-friendly, and fashion-oriented project allowed my inventiveness and imagination to shine and show its true potential. As a product manager and a fashion designer, I was in charge of creating new products out of already existing clothes, as well as recycled fabrics.Apart from fashion and art in any way, shape or form, I'm also a huge fan of future technologies. It doesn't matter if it regards mobile devices, gaming computers, electric cars, or space travel. If it has a chance of shaping our destiny, I'm in. Having completed an internship at Bibus Menos, I learned how deeply integrated with technology our future is, and how reliant on it we already are. Right now I work at Manus, a data glove company, which allows me to experiment with all the exciting motion capture and virtual reality technologies. I create all sorts of product videos, so I can really let my creativity shine.Life doesn't only revolve around working and studying though. My free time is filled with trying out different hobbies, ranging from handicrafts to 3D modeling. If there is something I want, I simply make it. Being a fashion designer allows me to sew my own clothes, as well as costumes for gaming conventions. Photography and filmmaking run in my family, so I naturally took them up too, both for leisure and work. Sport is a huge passion of mine, ranging from running, through volleyball, up till figure skating. In other words, I'm never bored.
