Key responsibilities of the position:• Contribution to the development of employer brand strategy, adjustment of the global strategy to the local market;• Implementation of employer brand activities in strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;• Support of budget planning for Communications department;• Internal communications: company updates, surveys, Newsletters.• Crisis communications: development of short-term reactive communications and communications plan in crises;• Coordination of asset creation for internal and external programs, events, promotional activities;• Plan, order, control, and delivery of corporate merchandise;• Plan and execute internal events to support corporate culture;• Support company's presence on external events: offline and online industry events, conferences, job fairs;• Content planning and managing of corporate Social Media accounts;• Media relations: maintain strong relations with key media across the market to drive communication objectives and generate accurate coverage.

Key responsibilities of the position:• Creating content for specific stories to support the editorial calendar: articles, texts, interviews, graphic and video content;• Full support of Internal Communications: internal announcements and updates, Newsletters;• Planning and creation of content for corporate Social Media accounts and internal web-site;• Planning and managing of internal offline and online events: small celebrations, team buildings, Ubisoft Ukraine Online Run, Game Jam, tournaments, branded quizzes, knowledge sharing;• Support of external events: presentations, industry events, job fairs.
