General management responsibility reporting to Commercial and Legal Director for commercial and legal matters across Asia Pacific.Responsible for troubleshooting and resolution of problems including breach of contract by clients and contractors, terminations, insurance matters, general enquiries and commercial knowhow across the Asia Pacific business. Managing external service providers such as lawyers, corporate advisors and insurers. Set up and improvement of knowledge management systems, including creation and supervision of databases for complex global system of contracts, leases and corporate / company secretarial matters. Co-ordination of research and legal knowledge systems.Training and supporting recruiters, other business support teams and clients in matters relevant to the commercial and legal side of recruitment including basic contractual terms, financial and risk requirements of the business and employment / contracting requirements specific to business location.
