I evaluate and file cases brought by whistleblowers on behalf of the government under the federal and state false claims acts in a variety of areas. I am proud to represent these courageous whistleblowers who choose to expose the fraud they have witnessed rather than stay silent. These cases are notoriously complex but I am able to reduce complicated concepts to the simplest of terms for my clients to make them feel at ease throughout the litigation. I handle all aspects of the litigation myself from research to complaint drafting to brief writing to negotiations with the government. Although the main office of Bracker & Marcus is located in Georgia, I practice remotely using my New York and California bar licenses.

Experienced in all stages of litigation including document review, complaint drafting, brief writing (from lower courts to U.S. Supreme Court), depositions, and trials. Was Chair of Milberg’s False Claims Act Department and responsible for overall management of personnel and caseloads including: maintaining referring counsel relationships, generating case leads, vetting potential cases, solo drafting of complaints and disclosure statements, attending Relator meetings and maintaining contact with Government personnel throughout the investigative process, assisting with document review and/or other tasks requested by the Government, and negotiating Relator share agreements after settlement. Prior to joining the False Claims Act practice, acquired extensive experience litigating claims brought under Section 36(b) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, including taking such cases to trial. Also acquired experience with securities, antitrust, and consumer class action cases as well as bankruptcy and derivative cases.
