Anna Sutton is a Program Manager, Center for Crisis Response and Behavioral Health at William James College. Colleagues describe her as "Anna is the person you want on your team. I have had the pleasure of supervising Anna and working closely with her for almost four years. Her quiet confidence, positive attitude, organizational skills and utter competence is second to none. Asking Anna to take something on is to know it will get done and get done well. She is the first person that her peers and her supervisors choose to pull into a project, team or committee and as such her list of accomplishments while at InSight are varied and impressive. Anna was the backbone of countless educational presentations, created essential organization-wide orientation material, designed and developed our continued education program including collaborating with physicians and leadership to create seven accredited courses, managed a mental health wellness blog and large team of outsourced writers, participated in a leadership program for high achievers, regularly researched and synthesized clinical and academic articles, oversaw the quality and professionalism of internal and external communications across the organization and so much more. Anna took on new challenges constantly. When there was a transition off the team, Anna regularly absorbed those duties. She ensured they got done, often made improvements and then meticulously trained others when it was time for that duty to be passed on. On top of Anna’s excellent work quality, dependability and diverse knowledge set, Anna is a complete joy to be around. She is caring, friendly, patient, adaptable and helpful to all. Anna’s laughter and good heartenedness was a cornerstone to our small team. Anna’s fervor for learning and commitment to a job well done has meant that I’ve had the pleasure of watching her continuously succeed and grow over the past several years. While I am so proud and thankful for what she has accomplished at InSight, I know that Anna has a lifetime of knocking it out of the park in front of her. "
