My role at the NBA focused on supporting the Executive Vice President of Digital Media. My duties included calendar management, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, coordinating and scheduling meetings, maintaining and improving department culture. Additionally, I was the Department Events Coordinator and managed various league events for the department. These events included but are not limited to NBA All-Star, NBA & WNBA Finals, NBA & WNBA Draft & NBA Global Games.

My role with Merdiam focused on serving as the point of contact for the Chairman & Partner, managing calendars and drafting correspondence, processing business expenses, handling interview requests and appearances, and coordinating conference registration. As Office Manager I was responsible for managing the office space and office operations for 15 people based in New York City and Toronto. This included designing and maintaining filing systems, approving and purchasing supply requisitions, organising meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and day-to-day troubleshooting.

My role with TBWA\Chiat Day focused on assisting the President of Global Brands, coordinating complex international & domestic travel arrangements, processing travel and business expenses, scheduling meetings, conferences and account events. As the International Coordinator on the Global Mars accounts, I was responsible for maintaining client and agency contact sheets, address books & org charts, organised high profile global client meetings, managed client ad-hoc brand video production requests and coordinated global asset and usage requests.

My role with HRG Worldwide was providing premium corporate travel services for Omnicom onsite account for general reservations and VIP’s. My duties included booking domestic and international flights, ticket transactions, ground transportation, producing error and duplicate booking reports for LA, Florida & New York offices and dealing with client transaction and invoice queries.
