Global Recruitment Intern
Current- Use all available resources and networks to successfully source new candidates (Job Boards, LinkedIn, etc).
- Constantly source profiles to ensure that a livenetwork of candidates are available to react to any new requirements that may arise.
- Deliver excellent internal service to Recruitment Consultants within the main hub and global hubs.
- Posts and monitors job openings/responses on various web search engines and Airswift website.
- Fully utilize the use of the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), web searches, networking, and advertising.
- Consistently research and monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information and then acting upon the information by sharing with Sales/Recruitment Functions.
