This has involved:- Advising the directors of Bijoux Terner of suitable locations for outlets and working with the management team to negotiate and arrange appropriate leases- Deciding on most appropriate stock to maximize profit at each location (plus advising on potential new products)- Working with designers to maximize visual impact of each outlet to attract customers- Local Marketing and general advertising- Recruitment of staff and subsequent training and monitoring- Overall administration including stock control and financial accounting- Monitoring and mantainging standards at each location- Taking part in yearly fairs in Cannes & Singapore for public relation and new clients
