Nonprofit Technology Consultant
Current- Manage a global portfolio of nonprofit clients, providing technology strategy, project leadership, and change management support.- Deliver technology assessments, software selections, and enterprise-wide system implementations.- Conduct mixed-methods research using key stakeholder interviews, focus groups, small- and large-sample surveys, and secondary research on trends and best practices in diverse fields.- Analyze and present findings and recommendations via reports, data visualization, and slide decks. - Develop written sales and marketing materials (RFPs and responses, scopes of work, and project success stories), as well as communication materials for clients including research reports, project charters, and governance documentation.
