Barrister & Solicitor (Western Australia & High Court of Australia)I attained the degree of Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia on 1 April 1993 and was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in December 1993 and to the High Court of Australia in January 1994. I have experience and skills in all aspects of family and relationship law including divorce, parenting matters, simple and complex property settlements, child support, family violence and criminal law matters and attending mediations and Alternative Dispute Resolution conferences. I regularly appear in the Family Court, Magistrates Courts, District Court, Supreme Court and Children's Court.I assist clients to successfully resolve their family law, family violence and criminal law matters and achieve outstanding outcomes, in an ethical manner, while minimizing costs and stress for my clients. I identify the issues, discuss options and make recommendations based on the likely Court outcomes.I was the Family Law and Criminal Law Partner at Friedman Lurie Singh & D'Angelo and in 2020 I established the WA offices for the national family law firm Australian Family Lawyers before joining GG Legal.I have an active and focused interest in Family Law and Criminal Law. I am a member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Western Australia.
