• Manage a staff of approximately 10 servers, including creating schedules to cover shifts in the dining room as well as catering events• Ensure the highest possible quality of dining experience by residents and guest • Create training manual and training checklists for fine dining servers• Administer annual performance evaluations to all serving staff• Deal with resident issues or complaints in a proper manner• Answer any resident questions related to the department of dining services and its operations• Work closely with the dining services director on maintain the highest quality of customer service throughout the department
