I have over twenty three years of experience as a land development engineer in project management and design of multiple institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential projects. At Carrillo Engineering, we provide site development design services to both private and public clients. Our experience includes drainage, water and sanitary sewer, franchised utility coordination, grading of commercial and residential developments, and paving design for public and private streets and parking lots and structures. We go to great lengths to provide exceptional client service by effectively managing projects that involve extensive coordination with project architects, subconsultants, general contractors, and municipal and state permitting authorities. We are responsible for multiple land development projects from inception to completion of construction and are accustomed to coordinating multiple design efforts with accelerated schedules.
