As a Senior Associate at Diversity Partners, Anna provides consulting advice, program support and strategy guidance to a range of clients in Australia. Anna is particularly experienced in reviewing organisational policies to reduce the potential for unconscious bias and to attract and retain a diverse talent pool.Another key capability is developing dashboards that measure an organisation's progress in meeting diversity & inclusion goals, and provide a regular reporting framework.She has held senior diversity roles with NAB and Coles Group.
