In this role I work to create strategic partnership with LNG end users and operators to understand their needs in order to develop right solutions fitting every need and fulfill customer expectations thru demand generation. Lead a team of Advisory Service, to deploy on site expertise to technically advice the customer with best OPEX solutions, upgrades and long term service agreement.Develop a team of LNG Service Product Mgmt., to generate and promote innovative service solutions applicable to LNG, defining the competitive value proposition -enhancing their value based on LNG market trends and customer investment plans., setting priorities and driving resources allocation.Promote and prioritize right Digital solutions in line with customer needs. Drive the Quality/Voice of the Customer, to monitor execution performance, interfacing with customers and operations. Incubate all the customer insights and channel throughout the different functions in order to optimize the overall business model and maximize customer value. Partnering with Channel Strategy, to define the strategic go to market/country approach with close collaboration with the Regional Leaders.
