I have had the privilege of establishing the project management department for a rapidly growing company that I believe in. Today I am focused on leading my team, modeling best practices, learning new skills and carving a path towards an ePMO to enable our organization’s mission and strategic goals. My experience began in patient facing operations and that grounds me to our why daily. Since then I’ve benefitted from a wide variety of exposure and opportunity in our fast paced environment. I’ve created our suite of project management templates and tools, written the playbook for hospital integrations and private acquisitions, established reporting and governance for our dedicated integration and acquisitions PMO, designed and implemented process improvements and lead complex, interdepartmental, practice wide programs and projects.
