Primary focus is on property management accounting. Experience with both accrual and cash basis accounting. - Accounts Payable: Manage all incoming invoices and vendor information, preparing timely payments for vendor invoices, manage inquiries with vendors, prepare and analyze monthly projections of payables, maintain accurate records of transactions and reports of all A/P functions. - Accounts Receivable: Manage and audit collection of payments from residents, auditing and posting charges to resident ledgers, prepare and maintain records of bank transactions, regularly track receivables in A/R Summary Report. - Month-end closing procedures- P&L Analysis- Journal entries- Manage income and expenses for in-house events center (Resonance at Soma Towers)- Miscellaneous administrative tasks

- Assist customers while providing overall support to the Finance Department- Account for large quantities of money and reconcile cash funds for all UBS branches- Answer telephone inquiries from customers and store personnel regarding store policies and procedures and to help resolve customer issues- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work, with the ability to cross check numbers, and detect inaccuracies
