Highly interested in procurement, I have spent most of my professional life on serving its related areas in different industries, first as a consultant then as the head of a procurement team.After obtaining my master’s degree in management engineering with honour, I worked as a consultant for 13 years with a variety of well-established companies, including GDO, retail, fashion and financial sectors. My job entailed helping management to optimise and rationalise all procurement processes (sourcing, vendor, contract, spending analysis etc.) focusing on process digitalisation and cost control.Then, for 3 years I covered the role of Head of Procurement department in Marsh Spa, a global professional services firm headquartered in New York, accountable for Italian indirect costs.Since June 2022, I have worked full-time as a consultant freelance with main client Milano Cortina 2026 Foundation, the entity which will take care and perform all the organisational, promotional and communication activities intended for staging all sporting and cultural events of the XXV Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games expected in 2026. I am passionate about nature, art and sport, running in particular. In my free time I love running and relaxing among nature with friends and loved ones.
