My ambition is to provide as many opportunities to those who are most vulnerable and to one day help reform the way policies and legislation shape the Education system and Health services.I aspire to become a lecturer and work in informing students, aiding and fulfilling potential.My studies included a vast range of knowledge regarding the equality and welfare included or not included within the education and social care systems today. My studies have included national and international perspectives on the education, curriculum and teaching approaches towards learners whilst establishing differentiation to those with SEN or EHCP’s. Whilst being aware of those subject to risk including domestic violence, substance abuse, ethnic and religious minorities, seeking asylum and mental health.With mental health awareness growing and the prior taboo being speculated by the increase in mental health patients, there is a need for funding and social acceptance. I would like to pursue a career aiding families and local authorities with interventions surrounding behaviour and intervention strategies for children possessing traits of poor mental health in programs that prevent the risk of adopting extremely poor mental health as an adult.
