Initially, I joined the team as a sales manager. After the successful launch of a couple of projects, I was promoted to the Head of Sales role.I managed a team of 2 lead generators, 2 Project Managers, a Q&A specialist, a designer, and a marketer.With such a great team, in 1 month we were able to get a big US agency that brought us 5 projects monthly. As the demand was growing, we had to launch outstaffing as a new direction of our business.I found and managed relations with a couple of companies who assisted us with additional resources for our projects.

I joined Cimbria as a Personal assistant who should assist with the day-to-day need of the Director. As the needs of the company grew, I quickly began learning:- logistics – delivered seed plants equipment and spare parts from Europe to Ukraine;- marketing – evaluated the current company position as the key equipment supplier on the Ukrainian market, constantly checked our competitors, launched marketing activities on the market for more leads and better brand recognition;- outbound sales – launched lead generation activities to get our first outbound clients on the market, to cover SMB segment and present the new equipment - grains color sorter.

On my path here, I showed a deep understanding of banking products and services and legal aspects. That allowed me to set up best practices for other sales managers. The critical aspect was building trust and gaining more clients during the banking crisis.
