• Manage and operate SUTD’s 3000m2 Fabrication Laboratory (FabLAB) for over 2000 SUTD Personnel. Train and educate users on appropriate design and prototyping practices. Design and fabricate prototypes and teaching aids for faculty and researchers.• Facilitate the FabLAB (it is a one-stop "hands-on" facility) interactions for faculty, researchers, undergraduates, and SUTD strategic partners as they explore, experiment with digital design and turn their ideas and concepts into reality. Supports SUTD’s strong interdisciplinary design-focused pedagogy that emphasizes on theory and practical work.• Manage the FabLAB’s Metal & Wood Shop, Digital Prototyping Hub, Digital Fabrication Lab (Electronic), Makerspaces, Assembly Space, FabLABSatellite & FabLABMobile. • In charge of both SUTD’s FabLABMobiles, working closely with DSO/DSTA & ExxonMobil for workshops, outreach programs, STEM education and recruitment. Organize successful FabLABMobile STEM workshops with Lifelong Learning Institute with more than 1200 participants from 10 secondary schools to promote STEM to young students. Organize FabLABMobile workshops and outreach programs to promote STEM education to over 3000 students since 2015.• Conduct training for users on the following equipment: Laser Cutting & Engraving Machines (Universal, Laser Pro, Raytec), Zund G3 (Computer Controlled Knife Cutting Technology), Additive Rapid Prototyping (3D Printing) (3DISON, Moment, Mankati, Anycubic, Zcorp, EOS Formiga, Connex)• Lecturer: Designed and conducted curriculum titled “Introduction to Design” for first year SUTD students, 2013-2014, and Singapore Polytechnic students, 2014-2015• Teaching Assistant for “Architecture Structure/Enclosure Design” for third year SUTD students, 2014
