Collaborate with other women of Greek life, the dean of students, area advisors, and other Wayne State employees to ensure a smooth and successful recruitment.Design, plan, and oversee all aspects of the recruitment experience including issuing budgets, arranging food plans, creating a recruitment schedule, and talking with potential new members.Manage over 50 potential new members throughout their recruitment experience by answering tough questions, ensuring smooth transitions between parties, and communicating with all the sororities.Facilitate and oversee panhellenic meetings, working closely with the panhellenic president.Manage the actions of all sororities on campus, ensuring they adhere to all panhellenic by-laws.Book event rooms for all sorority events.
