Account management and development, Increase portfolio new accounts within existing and new markets, ensure repeat business through exceptional relationship-building, Oversee relationship and hotel position with local DMC is a priorityAttend weekly Revenue meeting and present weekly numbers related to Sales Department activities Responsible for achieving assigned market room nights/revenue/stats by creating revenue driven strategies Assist Director of Sales & Marketing with specific goals/target/projects Assure market knowledge through detailed competition checks Participate and coordinate Road Shows / Famtrips / Exhibitions / Bookers invitations - ATM / Russian Roadshows / MITT / etc… - Site inspectionsProactively sell the hotel through appointments, telemarketing Achieve monthly revenue goals Assist Director of Sales & Marketing in preparation of the department budget , preparation of business plan Liaise with Regional Sales Offices worldwide Support and work all Leisure Travel promotions with Revenue and Marketing Team. Conduct research on client room nights/revenue performance, monitor production compliance. Prepare account performance reports quarterly and annually, conduct semi-annual account review meetings with account representatives
