Conducted research on the impact of different volatility models (e.g., close-to-close, Garman-Klass) onVXX trading by developing a Python simulation that back tested trading strategies and quantified returns;incorporated data cleaning using an EWMA model.Developed and evaluated the accuracy of multiple forecasting models, including AR and GARCH, topredict SPY volatility values using appropriate lag values through PACF.Authored detailed political environment reports, providing valuable insights for the Macro team.Actively participated in simulated portfolio trading, applying financial strategies in a practical environment to gain hands-on experience and improve trading acumen.

Founded and developed a college prep team of 40 volunteer managers to create a college preparatory curriculum that aimed to persuade students to pursue a college degree through guidance for topics such as SAT, AP, college essays, etc.Trained and led new managers through presentations and workshops that honed data sourcing and communication skills such as conflict resolution and foundational email etiquette.Promoted from manager to operations team lead after creating and teaching a new data organization process that paired ~700 students to 300 tutors.

Conducted research under Director Amy Stark from Notre Dame by crowdsourcing data to examine genetic variants (SNPs) and relationships between heritage and melanoma in Homo sapiens. Nominated as the top 1% of applicants for publication in the International 2023 Pioneer Journal.

Modeled in CAD and augmented reality using platforms such as OnShape and 8th Wall.
