Leading overseas sales team, set up annual sales goal and lead team to achieve it; Focus on key customer's project and service; Searching new people and training them;Arrange and manager all the new customers visit introduction, schedule, and also visit customer base on annual or new project communication.Responsible for exhibition at China mainland (Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzheng) and Germany, distribute information to team member, and monitor & support them to get contact and follow up;Support and follow up overseas marketing team work at HQ for Germany, America, Mexico, Japan.

Leading overseas sales team;Developing new potential customers, and follow up key customer's project and service; Traning new sales; Selecting suitable exhibition in China mainland and overseas, contact & coordiate the whole exhibition from price, decoration, samples prepare, attending exhibition.Arrange & manage new customers visit & audit; Annual customer visit at overseas.

Searching new cusotmer in internet via google, yahoo, yellow book, etc. Write and send company introduction to potential customers daily. Follow up cusotmer reply and inquiry to quote, and mold manufacturing, samples, pilot production to mass production.Arrange agenda and detailed schedule for customer visit on site, and do company presentation face to face to attract more interesting at customer.Accompany with new customer audit and annual audit, and follow up the action.Visit UK customer oversea for deeper relationship.
