◦ Support regional subsidiaries (Europe, middle east, Africa and united states of America) with quotation preparation, including clarifying customer requirements and specifications.◦ Design and develop technical specification for pump application, in consideration of customers’ timeline and budget.◦ Collaborate with other engineering teams and sales team to serve customers with application design, problem solving.◦ Provide proposals, technical communication and products application.◦ Provide or advice custom-fit and cost-effective solutions for customer.◦ Provide general arrangement drawings, technical sheets, operational manuals, quality assurance documents.◦ Liase with clients and incorporate user-defined needs and feedback into application designs.◦ Liase with factory teams regarding product schedules and delivery timelines.◦ Offer comprehensive technical support to sales team and clients.◦ Assist team leader to manage and coordinate works when the team leader is unavailable, such as assigning tasks and hosting meetings.◦ In charge of creating inquiries, offer tracking and order handling.◦ Review specifications and prepare technical/ compliance sheets.
