Led a team of 14 sales professionals (from 4 functions – corporate, leisure, China and MICE) to deliver the revenue goals laid out in marketing plan and quarterly goalsEstablished and maintained effective employee working relationship both within the department and with other departments, and worked closely with the corporate office and regional sales offices to ensure that the targets in Measurable Results are achieved

Responsible for room nights and revenue goals of IT Wholesales, Series Group, Ad Hoc Group, City Convention and MICE Group segments and developed sales and rate strategies for IT Wholesales, Airline Crew and MICE segments; report to the Director of Sales & Marketing. Led and managed a travel and mice team of 5 members (Assistant Director of Sales – Catering (MICE), Senior Sales Manager - Travel, Assistant, Sales Manager - MICE & Travel, Sales Co-ordinator & Group Co-ordinator).
