Study Start-Up Associate II with a scientific background (Master Degree in Biotechnology and PhD in Biochemistry). I have been working in Clinical Trials field since 2016 as In-House CRA and Central Monitoring Associate, within different therapeutic areas such as Breast and Prostate Cancer, Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis, COVID-19, Psoriasis, Alzheimer's Disease and Achondroplasia, I am now working as a StudyStart-Up Associate in SSU Department at ICON to perform investigative site feasibility and essential document collection and review. I am in charge of clinical status tracking and in-house site management activities according to SOPs, ICH-GCP and all applicable regulatory requirements, included IP Pack management. I am working on all stages of studies from feasibility to site activation. I am an excellent team player with strong communication skills, able to establish rapport with colleagues of multidisciplinary teams.
