This class project required students to take an in-depth look at Carl Small Town Center at Mississippi State University and develop a strategic report on how to enhance the brand essence• Conducted a brand audit looking at target audiences such as community designers/planners and elected officials, competitors including the APA and SRDC, relative market trends through scoping the political environment, and completed a SWOT analysis to highlight areas of concern for the client • Analyzed the overall business strategy and recommended steps to achieve a more desirable brand image through better marketing strategies, such as an enhanced logo and name change
