About Anna Clark

I am a people focused HR professional. Having over 10 years experience with HR as a generalist so most aspects of HR. I have overseen the changes to organisations, from leadership through to policies and practices, going beyond best practices and with the focus of supporting and developing the team to create retention and ensure organisation succeed. I also have a passion to embed a positive company culture, team values and ensure a healthy and inclusive workforce. I thrive working in enviroments where their value towards its people and sees employee wellbeing and team engagement as a priority, particularly given the impact of the pandemic. I ensure a holistic approach to people matters, both from the employer and employee’s perspective. This includes ensuring that mental health and wellbeing is considered in the workplace. During my time working for the Australian Federal Government, I oversaw the funding of physical and mental health initiatives and services and am fully aware of the important of mental health and wellbeing.
