I design and deliver intensive leadership programs for a range of leadership roles, creating customised designs to support the development needs of individuals, teams and organisations. My programs employ experiential and action learning methodologies, create plenty of time and support for skills practice, and support the creation of personal leadership development plans that include immediate next steps to try as well as long terms goals. My work is evidence based and highly practical and actionable – supporting people to create new ways of working that will be effective in their role and context, and which they can begin to practise and refine immediately. With AMA Victoria I join with the Professional development and Careers team to deliver tailored leadership development programs and one-on-one coaching programs to Doctors. With Learning First I design and development professional development programs for leadership roles within schools and educations systems - such as aspiring principals, school principals and system level leaders.I write regularly for AMA Victoria, publishing on leadership topics highly relevant to the complex care and collaborative leadership required in healthcare settings.
