SAP / Platforms-as-a-Service Onboarding Project Manager Manage and lead global project teams to deliver desired business outcomes within schedule, scope, and budget through effective planning and execution  Prioritize and manage the scope, issues, and risks of the assigned project Identify, understand, and effectively manage milestones and dependencies across multiple stakeholders ensuring clear accountabilities and a shared understanding of the objective and impact. Monitors delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting and implements continuous improvements Customer communication and relationship management. Manage migration projects on different platforms e.g. On-Premise, Virtual Private Cloud, Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)  Manage the onboarding of customers to ITSM Workflow tool and Customer Portal (ServiceNow), monitoring, backup, and other mandatory management tools
