Practice Manager
Responsibilities included:• Proactively managing my own time in order to meet deadlines• Working closely and professionally with outside agencies• Managing a team of staff whilst adhering to current policies and procedures• Supporting GP’s, Senior Medical Managers and Executives with administrative tasks• Organising and attending meetings and training sessions both internally and externally• Daily management and upkeep of practice resources• Preparing documents for outside agencies, collating reports and presentations• Liaising with external bodies to ensure the practice conforms to legal requirements• Investigating compliance, policies and procedural breaches• Responding to emails in a professional and timely manner• Data entry and extraction using in-house systems• Handling confidential information.
