I am a reader for Audio Journal. This is a "Radio Reading Service" that serves the blind, visually impaired, or otherwise "print disabled" individuals in Central MA. I read for the program titled "Audio Journal Sports Page." My duties are to research stories and read these stories "live" on this weekly radio broadcast show. These sport stories include individuals with disabilities in various sports.

I'm a proud member of the Gypsy Moon Dance Company. It's founder is Gypsy Phillips. I'm a part of the Silver Moon Gypsies. We are a senior belly dance troupe. We perform at Senior residences, Senior Centers, fundraisers and community events. We, as a group try to spread the word that you can be active and keep fit at any age, shape or disability. Gypsy Phillips gives me the opportunity to dedicate my solo performances to all with MS and any other disability. I'm so grateful that I'm being given this platform to show my passion and hope that it ignites the same feelings in others. I was recently named an MS Ambassador for the MS Foundation. I will be using my craft to raise awareness of this disease in hopes of raising funds to help the cause, Most of all I would like to reach others that struggle with this disease and give encouragement in any way I can to make living each day a little better.

I am a dancer with the Silver Moon Gypsies. We are a professional Senior dance troupe that perform at Senior residences, Senior Centers, nursing homes, charity events, fairs and anywhere we can spread the message that dancing and having fun has no age limit. We pride ourselves by giving back to the community by illustrating a fun approach to fitness and show others you're never to old to express yourself. The Gypsy Moon Dance Company also has two major shows a year.
