I sourced new content for the website and social media as well as creating and developing social media guidelines and effective monitoring processes. Working with local teams I delivered the marketing plan, taking responsibility for tracking and reporting delivery of each initiative to the Managing Director. I assisted with the development and promotion of ticket products within the local market and managed all digital media. I produced all in-house communications and worked with an external agency to create a quarterly internal magazine. I created collateral either in-house using Adobe Creative Cloud with the assistance of an external agency. I planned events, set-up venues and created presentations for the Managing Director.

Role functions included Marketing PA, Project Assistant for the refurbishment of all HFD websites and Events Assistant. I supported the Development Director with diary management and the creation of tender documents. Using agencies and Adobe CS4 design packages I created all marketing collateral along with copywriting and proofreading for both HFD and the on-site restaurant. Liaising regularly with property agents and tenants of the site, I effectively built relationships with both internal and external contacts.

Whilst working with The Native Agency, I managed several accounts resolving problems and ensuring all deadlines were met and within budget. Additional duties included, working with a small team responsible for discussing new business, devising solutions for briefs and creating budgets to suit the specific needs of the client. Within this team, I also managed and enforced delivery deadlines for projects and shared management of the social media for Native.
