I have been expanding the Human Rights realm and as such have created good links with local groups from scratch. I have also discussed further expansion of human rights plans to include more general workshops on Human Rights, Family Planning, Education, AIDS and HIV awareness and medical training. I had to work closely with teachers, parents and management in order to ensure smooth running of the sector. I also prepared and delivered training seminars, planned and coordinated retention activities for students and provided ongoing support, inductions and mentoring for teachers. I was also involved in teacher observations and feedback as well as writing syllabi, tests and school policies. This means a huge amount of time was spent consulting with staff and finding solutions for any problems faced by any of the students, teachers or support staff as well as conducting training sessions and inductions for new teachers.
