Responsible for the delivery of P&C and plain line track renewals projects within LU. Managing a team and delivery contract between LU and Balfour Beatty. Project included signalling remodelling to support new junctionwork and necessary upgrades to support the renewals. Project also included the design development of new and novel components required to support the work scope.
