As the Roastery 2IC for Allpress Espresso Sydney, I get to work with an incredible product that has high sensory complexity and encourages creation and innovation. While simply being just a hot drink.With my BAppSc and years of experience in the food industry, my skill sets lie in large scale production, operations and coffee roasting. From stock management, machinery maintenance, quality control to dispatching to our wholesale and retail channels. I lead a team that consistently outputs a high quality product. I am fascinated by coffee and the process involved in bringing it from green beans to your morning brew. I have three areas of interest: Innovation, Strategy and Connection. I aim to connect cultural insights and innovation with food and beverages, to create compelling narratives for the consumer.
