This was a newly created Group wide legal role and I enjoyed a huge variance in workload and responsibilities including: tender and contract review / advice and ownership of the contract sign off processes, managing various formal and informal dispute resolution processes (including adjudication, mediation and arbitration) and all related internal and external instructions, assisting various large operational teams and senior management with administering their contracts and sub contracts effectively, contract risk profiling and associated risk management activities and supporting with restructuring and collective consultation activities.
