I have been in the industry since 1996. My experience started with Waffle House where the foundation to my management career was started !!! In 2011 I started Paradigm Investment Group I spent 6 years growing as a General Manager I had a brief but pleasant break joining Firehouse Subs from 2017- 2019 where I learned not only to give back to my community but learning not to react in my emotions as a leader. 2019 I returned to Paradigm during the pandemic I was able to grow into the leader I have become today and adapt to the changes needed to be a successful leader as well as retaining a great staff and maintaining a positive work environment!! 2022 I joined GPS HOSPITALITY where I plan to retire after growing my career to its greatest potential!!! Since joining GPS I have learned to grow and develop in ways that I did not think possible! I love the company and the values that are held here at GPS!!!
