• Program development and clinical oversight of all Next Step Mental Health programs. • Provision of direct clinical services, including intakes, individual, group therapy, and skill building groups to clients.• Provide Leadership with supporting information with recommendations concerning continuous quality improvement opportunities, agency growth tactics, problem resolution, staff relations, client satisfaction, community involvement actions, and revenue/billing cycle improvements.• Provides support and assistance in coordination with the Chief Operating Officer as requested by the CEO to build an integrated mental health care network and serves as liaison to schools and probation offices located in our region.• Participates in collaborative efforts with regional Education Service Centers to recruit new and/or existing school partners.• Actively participates in the annual budget preparation process.• Participates in community activities; cultivates referral sources; mobilizes staff to make presentations and expand community awareness.
