Day to day communication with centre retailers and their head offices, JLL marketing management teams as well as being a part of the on site centre management team. South Coast Area

Managing the marketing of 11 branches within the south coast area and holding extensive knowledge of each restaurants marketing opportunities. Ensuring a large corporate company has a strong, positive personal reputation within the restaurants individual communities.Responsible for communication of brand highlights, changes and upcoming promotions to restaurants within area and relay news back to head office team.- Maintaining excellent communication skills in an B2B environment. - Checking the content of monthly brand promotions and ensuring all in house point of sale meets the brand guidelines. - Developing and creating literature such as leaflets, vouchers and press releases.- Maintaining an effective marketing plan for sites to deliver on like for like growth and hit budgeted sales.- Liaise with local media companies to promote exclusive offers and measure its return on investment.- Head up weekly marketing communications to reflect on the previous weeks sales progress and plans. - Lead B2B meetings with other marketing representatives to form mutual beneficial redemptions.- Develop strategic development through ad hoc marketing activities.- Organising events to enhance brand awareness. - Negotiating local cross promotion campaigns. - Delivering e-campaigns and e-shots.
